Before you write in
- How quickly will someone actually get back to me?
- Almost always within a day or two. If it's going to take longer than that — we're mid-move, someone's out sick — we'll say so in our reply.
- Is there a phone number I can call?
- If we've listed one above, yes. Otherwise email is genuinely the fastest way to reach us; we check it far more often than a phone line.
- Can I ask about an order that hasn't arrived yet?
- Of course — that's one of the most common reasons people write in. Include your order number if you have it, but don't worry if you don't.
